The Template Library in Berries lets you browse, edit, and create custom note templates that match your clinical style. The library makes it easy to find a built-in template that works for you or build your own from scratch.
1. Accessing the Template Library
To open the Template Library, click on Templates in the Berries header.
You’ll see a list of templates categorized by specialty and note type.
2. Browsing and Searching Templates
Use the search bar to filter templates by name or specialty (for example: Intake Psychiatry, Follow Up Therapy, SOAP, DAP).
You can preview and edit any template before using it.
Click Add to Library to make the template available in the template selector on the 'Start Session' page.
3. Managing My Library
My Library will include all of your customized templates, and the Berries templates that were actively added.
My Library templates will be available to use when starting a new session.
You can remove a template from your library at any time.
4. Customizing a Template
Click Customize on one of the 20+ templates from the Berries Library to perfect it to your needs.
You can:
Change section names.
Set how detailed the output should be (Concise or Detailed).
Select your preffered style (Paragraph or Bullet points).
Add or remove sections.
Specify the content of each section.
Save your new template and try it out by starting a new note.

5. Creating a New Template
There are 2 ways to create a new template. Click New note template and select one of the options:
5.1. Create from Scratch
Build a template from the ground up. You have full control to define each section, set the format, and specify what content should be included.

5.2. Create from a Sample Note
Create a personalized template in seconds by providing an example of an already perfected note. Berries will analyze your example note and create a structured template for you.
