Instead of building from scratch, you can create a personalized template by providing an example of an already perfected note. Berries will analyze your example note and create a structured template for you while automatically removing any identifying details for privacy.
Each section of this new template includes clear content instructions based on your example. These guide Berries on how to write your notes, what details matter most, and how to match your documentation style. This keeps every note aligned with your clinical voice while saving you time.
1. Start a New Template
Go to the Berries Templates library by clicking Templates in the Berries header, and click New note template to start building.
2. Select "Start from Sample Note"
Click Create from Note.
3. Generate Your New Template

Review Generated Sections: Berries will analyze your example and automatically create sections with instructions. Review these to make sure they match what you want.
Edit as Needed: You can refine section titles, instructions, style (paragraph or bullets), and length. Learn more about customizing your notes here.
Save Your Template: Click Save as New, and your new note template will be available when starting a new session.
