As your client progresses, their Treatment Plan naturally needs to evolve. Berries gives you simple tools to refine, adjust, and update your plan, whether you're making quick edits or incorporating new clinical information.
Every approved update is saved as a new version, making it easy to keep your plan accurate, organized, and reflective of your client’s progress.
1. Update Your Treatment Plan
You can update your plan in three methods:
Magic Update - becomes available when you add a new note or update diagnoses. Clicking the Magic Update button generates an updated version of the plan, which you can review before approving or discarding the changes.
Manual Edits - type directly into any section to refine content, add insights, or update goals.
Magic Edit - use AI to refine language or adjust the focus of a specific section or the entire plan.
Changes must be approved by clicking Apply Changes.
2. Apply Changes
After editing your plan using any method, you can:
Review the updated version.
Compare it to the previous version.
Click Apply Changes to save a new version.
Click Discard Changes to keep the existing version.
A new version is created only when you click Apply Changes.
3. Use Helpful Actions
The treatment plan tab offers several tools to make your work easier:
Copy Section – copy only that section.
Copy All – copy the full plan.
Magic Edit – refine content or adjust focus for a section or the entire plan.
Export to PDF – create a clean, professional document for external use.
4. Deleting a Treatment Plan
From the Plan Actions menu, click Delete Plan Version and follow the instructions to delete either:
Only the current version - the previous version becomes active.
All versions - the entire plan is removed, and plan-related sections will no longer appear in notes for that client.
These actions cannot be undone.
