How to Organize Your Notes in Berries?

Learn how to use the Berries sidebar to manage your notes with Review, Completed, and Deleted folders.

Updated over a month ago

Keeping track of notes is easier when your workspace clearly shows what’s done and what still needs attention. In Berries, notes are organized into folders and managed directly from the sidebar, so you can move through your day with confidence.

Here’s how each folder in the sidebar works, and how notes move between them.

1. Review Folder

The Review folder is where your active notes live. After a session, the note will automatically appear in the Review folder, and will remain there until you intentionally mark them as complete.

2. How to Mark a Note as Complete

You can mark a note as complete in two ways:

  • Click the checkmark icon in the sidebar.

  • Open the note and select Mark note complete from the bottom right corner.

3. Completed Folder

The Completed folder is where finished notes are stored.

Completed notes remain fully accessible at all times and can be moved back to Review if you need to make updates later.

4. Moving a Note Back to Review

From the Completed folder, you can:

  • Click the back icon in the sidebar.

  • Open the note and select Move note to Review from the bottom right corner.

5. Sidebar Actions

The sidebar is where you manage your notes day to day.

From the sidebar, you can:

  • Search notes by patient to quickly find specific sessions.

  • Mark notes as completed.

  • Move notes between the Review, Completed, and Deleted folders.

  • Delete notes when they are no longer needed.

  • Select multiple notes at once to take bulk actions and save time.
