Magic Edit is a powerful feature in Berries that allows you to make detailed edits to a single section or the entire note effortlessly. Whether you need to make your notes more concise, focus on a specific topic, or adjust the formatting, simply provide your instructions to Magic Edit, and it will apply them seamlessly to the selected section of your note.
1. Open Any Note
Select a note from the sidebar.
2. Access Magic Edit
Click the Wand icon at the bottom of any section to open the Magic Edit window. There, you can choose to apply your edits to just that section or to the entire note.
3. Enter Your Instructions
Type your instructions in the provided text box, dictate using the microphone icon, or use the suggested examples. You can make the section more concise, focus on a specific topic, add or remove parts, add or remove quotes, convert the section into bullet points, or request any other edits you need to create the perfect note.
Best Practices:
Keep your instructions clear and concise.
Provide one specific instruction at a time, such as “Focus on the recent breakup” or “Change patient name spelling from Jonatan to Jonathan”.
4. Regenerate Section or Whole Note
Click the Regenerate button to apply the edits.
If you checked Apply to all sections, the full note will be regenerated.
If not, only the selected section will update.
Note: You can revert the Magic Edit changes by clicking on the Undo button at the bottom left corner of each section.
