The Smart Diagnosis feature can be found at the bottom of the note page, making it easy to access while you document.
There are two main ways to interact with Smart Diagnosis:
1.1. Approving Suggested Diagnoses
Smart Diagnosis will automatically suggest diagnoses based on your session notes. Review the suggested diagnoses and approve the ones that fits best. Once approved, the diagnosis is saved directly to the patient profile, making future notes more efficient and accurate.
1.2. Searching for a Diagnosis
You can easily search for any diagnosis directly from the note page. Just type in the relevant terms, and Smart Diagnosis will display options based on your search.
Each suggested diagnosis comes with a brief justification, showing which parts of the session note led to the recommendation. This helps you quickly understand why a diagnosis was suggested and decide whether to approve it.
