How to Use Insights?

Learn how to use Insights to reflect on completed sessions from an additional perspective.

Insights helps you reflect on completed sessions by highlighting patterns, observations, and connections identified from the conversation.

Insights are designed for full session conversations and are only generated when there is enough information to provide meaningful reflections.

After your note is generated, open the Insights tab to review additional perspectives on the session.
