Headphones can enhance your virtual session experience in Berries by providing clearer audio and a more private environment. Whether you're on a PC or Mac, this guide will show you how to set up headphones for your sessions. Follow these steps to get started.
Important Note: Headphone mode is only supported when using Chrome on a PC or Mac.
1. Turning on Headphones Mode in Berries
On the 'Start session' page, you'll see the 'Use headphones' toggle. When it's off, your session won’t capture audio from your headphones. To enable it, simply click the toggle, and it will turn green. The Start Session button will also turn green, indicating that your session is set up to capture audio through your headphones.
2. Starting the Session and Sharing Your Screen
For PC:
Once your headphones are set up ('Use headphones' toggle is on, 'Start session' button is green), click Start session. You will be prompted to share your screen. Here’s how to do it on a PC:
Select the Entire Screen option in the share screen window.
Make sure to toggle on Also share system audio to ensure that the audio is captured.
Click Share to start sharing.
For Mac:
Once your headphones are set up ('Use headphones' toggle is on, 'Start session' button is green), click Start session. You will be prompted to share your screen. Here’s how to do it on a Mac:
At the Chrome Tab section, select the correct tab from the list.
Click Share to begin sharing the audio from your telehelath tab.
