Sometimes a note may be assigned to the wrong patient, especially if you're conducting multiple sessions back to back. In Berries, it’s quick and easy to reassign a note to the correct patient. Follow the steps below to make sure everything stays organized and accurate.
1. Open the Note
Open the note you want to assign to the correct patient.
2. Change Patient
To assign the note to the correct patient:
Open the Actions menu.
Click Change Patient.
Select the correct patient from the dropdown list.
