Context helps Berries better understand your patient over time by combining information from session notes with additional clinical context you provide. You can upload PDFs or paste text directly into Berries to create a richer patient clinical summary that works privately behind the scenes to support more accurate and personalized documentation.
This information can include:
Intake notes
Background information
Clinical history
Assessments
Treatment-related information
Other important patient context gathered throughout care
1. How to Access Context
Click Patients in the Berries header.
Select your patient from the patient list.
Open the Context tab.
2. Add Patient Context
Inside the Context tab, you can upload a PDF document or paste text directly into the text box.
Once ready, click Create Context for patients without existing context, and Enrich Context to add more information over time.
3. How Context Works
Berries already builds understanding from completed session notes. Context allows you to enrich that understanding with additional patient information outside of sessions, helping improve note quality and personalization over time.
All information works privately behind the scenes to support more accurate documentation.
